If you cannot afford to have surgery or you do not want to take the risks involved, you can choose to just take penis enhancement pills. Penis pills are way cheaper than surgery. Manufacturers also claim that they do not have side effects because they are made from natural ingredients.
They can be easily purchased in health stores and they can also be ordered on the internet.
Recent surveys shows that the women would like to have a bigger penis rather than a small one. They like the penis size more than you prefer for their bigger breast. Sometimes we do not care about our penis whether it is erect or flaccid but women take notice of that.
Surgery is a certain way to increase your penis size and with many more surgical clinics and hospitals opening their doors for bathmate treatments it seems as if surgery is the way forward. However with very steep prices attached to your treatment, no governing body to set a international standard of practice and the high risk of immediate or future complications this form of bathmate is a very risky technique.
Therefore it will go under my Fact category but with a great big "Caution" sign affixed with it.
Another popular gimmick is that vacuum device known as a penis pump. What a bunch of garbage! These contraptions were developed years ago as a possible aid for impotent men with diabetes. You insert your penis into a cylinder, pump all the air out, and the ensuing vacuum forces blood into the penis causing an erection. My question to you is this.

Can you just imagine calling a timeout during heavy foreplay so you can take some time to get 'pumped up'? I suspect that may just ruin the moment for her. Even if she stayed ready, your erection will not be any bigger than normal. No permanent growth is possible from using one of these gadgets.
